Gerard was excellent to work with. We had an oversized truck, and he patiently guided us on how to load and transport everything safely—we really trusted and followed his advice. He was also very hands-on and helped with both loading and unloading. Since we live downtown and access is difficult for large vehicles, he even arranged to bring the truck closer to our place, which made a big difference. From start to finish, he was responsible and supportive. We would definitely choose Gerard again for any future moves.
Gerard provided an excellent vehicle transport service. He placed strong emphasis on safety throughout the process, which gave me great confidence. The service was professional and efficient, and the delivery was completed faster than expected. Highly recommended.
This is the worst company I have ever delt with, vehicle shows up weeks later than promised, never gives you any updates, costed me a bunch of storage fees because he can't get his shit together, DO NOT USE THIS GUY
I purchased a new to us (it only had 500km on it) Toyota Highlander from a dealership in Vancouver and spoke with Gerard to pick it up for us. The dealership drove the car to another dealership so it was easier for Gerard to load. Upon receiving the vehicle, Gerard asked the salesman if there were any damages. He said “no there isn’t “. Fantastic service. My car was delivered despite it not running and being in pretty bad shape. He even brought two window panels and multiple spare parts. Great service.
