Beware of this business. I am extremely disappointed with the service and care I received from this business for completing the closing of my house sale. After having an appointment booked for several weeks and coordinating with Senad’s assistant, Marco and providing him all the required information, documents, and confirming dates of closing and confirming appt two days prior to the appt, I was unexpectedly dropped the day before our scheduled appointment due to Senad being unaware of the “short timeline” leaving me hanging... read more
Two thumbs down, he was totally unfamiliar with the standard Interior health documents for registration section 7 and enduring power of attorney, was only interested in selling us HIS in house made docs. Made the appointment for my 86 yr old father to come all the way down there only to be told he wouldn't help us. Was very clear on the phone what docs we needed witnessed.
They went above and beyond to help our family get the documents we needed in a difficult time. Couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent support and service.
