Tim has been my estate attorney for 20 years. He was invaluable in helping my partner and I establish our trusts and estates. He listens well, understands your needs and sets up the trusts/estates to deliver your requests. His firm also prepared trusts for my mother and my two sisters. Worst Firm I’ve ever had to dealt with. I call over twice a week and NOTHING. No communication, no email, no voicemails left. They never have an answer when I call. I had my SISTER, call me for my social security and my address? Why is she contacting me. The Firm should be contacting me directly. It’s insane the loops I’ve had to jump through for this company. If I call over twice a week, I’d expect some answers. I have the right to know what’s going on!
