Came in for a body massage with Joyce. It was AMAZING. I fell asleep and was 100% relaxed. She had good pressure and always asked if you want to adjust it. Her scalp massages were to die for. I just hated that it ended so fast! The facility is clean, smelled good, and I enjoyed the ambient lighting/water sounds. I will bring my mom and bf here. I must try the head spa next.
I came here for some much-needed self-care and had such a great experience. I did a facial with dermaplaning and my skin felt so smooth after. I also hed a head SPA with a relaxing scalp massage, and laser hair removal. The staff made me feel super comfortable the whole time. The space is really clean and peaceful, and I liked that there’s a lounge area where you can hang out after. Definitely planning to come back for monthly visits!
Ashley is amazing. I’ve been to several other estheticians, but there’s something about her that no one else has been able to match. She’s truly exceptional at what she does, and I trust her with my skin more than anyone else. Her calm demeanor, extensive knowledge, and precision during every treatment set her apart. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about achieving the best possible results for her clients. She’s simply the best.
Not shocking they closed (to “restructure”). Bad karma and juju always circles back. You don’t steal peoples monthly payments and not give them credit for it even if it’s over a month. We all get busy and sometimes can’t make it work within the 30 days- Had you honored the payments- you would probably still have a business. And the owner was super defensive and snarky. Good luck! You got two stars because Faith was awesome. That’s about it!
I cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone there is kind, friendly and very professional. The ambiance is so very relaxing. From the warm beds to the soft lighting and music. I became a member 1 year ago and always glad I did!
