Not surprised to see another review speaking on how rude and unprofessional this guy is. Hard to believe he represents ProMedica smh. Just look at how he responds to the first review of him, which I find the review to be very accurate. Hopefully you're not in a situation where you don't have to deal with this guy.
Very Rude! I called them about a paper I received about collecting money. When I told them I was unable to pay, he hung up the phone. I called back he hung up again. He told secretary to hang up the phone on me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Yes, I filed a complaint with the Ohio Bar! You don’t treat people like that. Thomas Semple needs some phone etiquette lessons.
