Best place ever. I was getting the first signs of diabetes and I went there and I asked, is there a way I can reverse it and get rid of it for the rest of my life, I was in my early 30s, yes was the answer. They told me to go on a natural diet, and whole wheat flour, for 6 months I have been on it I'm 64 and nothing has come up on my blood work.
Very impressive natural food store - especially for a small city... glad to have it available! Great product selections, decent prices, and friendly staff... will definitely be back!
