My experience matches with the Review by Patricia. For example, yesterday, Dec. 19, 2022, advertised to be 'Hamburger with bun,' EVERYTHING on the plate was COLD, & advertised to be a HOT meal. The butter would not melt on food that was supposed to be HOT. There is a nice kitchen which is available to properly heat the food immediately before SERVING.
With the meals coming from Lake City. We receive them 10:35 AM. On site employee removes cover and dishes up the meals on wheels for Zumbrota. Volunteers deliver. At 11.30 AM diners are served in house. Problem: Meals are cold. veg will not melt butter. Gravy thick and pasty and cold. Temp. Taken of meal on arrival but not taken when dishing up for in house diners. Bacteria has grown. We have oven's. Please train employees in food management to keep food hot. Thank you Patricia Hill
