everyone was very friendly..The complex was very nice.
This is HUD Housing for seniors. There is no smoking in building. Yet they do not make the people follow the rules. I came home from hospital and my apt smelled like an ash tray then I smell the person smoking that just moved in. I had a lung removed not due to tobacco calling management doesn’t help. She keeps doing it. The only good thing here is that it is in Anderson. But it’s not worth my health. I’m looking for a place now. I’ve lived in other placees and had a good experience. I called on the morning of July 21, 2025, interested in an apartment. The woman told me she would put an application in the mail for me that day. Today is Thursday, July 31, and no application. I called them back because I felt like 9 mail days is more that sufficient. I got the same woman and she said she mailed it that day and that it’s the post offices fault.
