two faced I tried using seltzer realty to rent from once- I looked at a couple homes to rent but seems like they ALWAYS found someone else to rent it to- in one situation they even rented to a lady who subrented it to someone else- didn't seem very respectful or professional- and they make you pay like 40 bucks just to tell you take your business elsewhere they can't help you- I personally don't think you should have to pay for a service that really doesn't provide you with the service- I wouldn't pay a carpet company to tel... read more
poor communication I am new to Ukiah and haven't had much luck finding a place to rent or realtors to rent from. I can say that communication hasn't been very good on the part of Selzer Realty. I've been asking for an appointment for weeks now and they haven't made much effort to get back to me. I can see it that they might not value their customers too much. Is there any other good people to rent from in this town?
Bad Customer Service I would never use Seltzer Realty again, they do not respect their customers at all. They lie and will take your money dishonestly. If you have a meeting with them - do not expect them to be on time.
