We bought so many things from the store. Half the things were delivered but damaged. When asked to change they stopped answering phone calls. They are big scammers and lier’s. Product you see online is nothing like what is delivered. They never refunded my money. Please don’t buy from them.Looks like the whole family is in the business and scamming people.
This is an update….. the showroom at Acacia Ridge is now shut down and the shop next door told us they cleared out in the middle of the night. This company is a complete scam and are still operating online. I have been waiting over a year for a buffet and they don’t respond to phone calls or emails. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed an order on 9/10/2022. Have requested a refund 3 times and have not had a response. Have lodged a case with QCAT. No one presented today for a telehearing. Will be pursuing further.
** Please contact Office of Fair Trading (OFT) if you need to get your money back ** We ordered an item 12 months ago. Still haven't received anything. They don't answer their phone and emails. They are 100% scammers. Selz Quality Furniture in Acacia Ridge runs an absolute fraudulent online store and their warehouse is closed. FURNITURE GALLERIE in Geebung is their another business name and running another scamming and shady business.
SCAMMERS - Business has Disappeared. It seems that this establishment lacks the intention to fulfill their obligations to customers. Upon further investigation, I discovered that they have vacated their leased premises, which have already been re-leased. Surprisingly, even the leasing agent seemed unaware of any previous tenants or any forwarding contact details. They have just upped and DISAPPEARED.
