this company needs to hire office admins. the adjusters are in the field too much and dont address emails in a timely manner or not at all. i have a strong feeling a lot of the information emailed to Seltser were not passed onto the correct parties
I have had the pleasure of working with Seltser and Goldstein company, specifically, Jeff, Joss, Jim, and Zach, and had a stress free experience. The idea of hiring your own “public” adjuster to deal with insurance companies is the best way to go!!!! They are professional, respectful, dedicated to you, and knowledgable. Thank you, thank you. A positive experience for sure.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gary, Jeff and the entire staff. My 80 yo mom suffered a water loss at her house which required her to pack her house and temporarily move out. After 50 years of living in the same house this was very traumatic for her. Gary and his staff did a tremendous job in explaining the whole process,, handling the claim and settlement, but most importantly, they were patient and understanding and made us feel like our loss was important to them. From the very beginning Ross Zuckerman was very professional, knowledgeable, and genially committed to helping me and my family get us a great insurance check for our damaged home.
