My husband called to make an appointment and made sure that his insurance was accepted. He got there and at his scheduled appointment time was told there were 2 people ahead of him. He was then told that his insurance (which is a very common vision insurance) was not accepted because 'it was to big of a pain to deal with'. Very unprofessional.
