I recently had a issue with a print job, color differences between devices and actual printing, not anyones fault. But the staff went above and beyond, not only did they fix the issue, they replaced all the shirts, and walked me through the entire process of what happened and the best way to prevent it happening again in the future. Jason and Chip are always so kind and willing to help any way they can!
