Cleaner than it used to be just a few years ago. The front office is very helpful for financial information. I recently lost a family member who was a resident in Sellersburg Rehab. They were very compassionate and helpful in the exit process. Nursing is understaffed but who isnt? Overall a B+. Needs some facility upgrades- dated.

If I could give a negative number I would. I just brought my mother home from this facility after 18 days. It was the worst experience we have had in any healthcare setting. Call lights were rarely responded to even after 90 minutes. The lack of response to call lights caused her to have several “accidents” which was very humiliating for her. I had to ask about 10 people and beg to get them to help her with a shower. After my begging several staff she finally got 2 showers in the 18 days she was there. We ended up staying at... read more
