This is more on the weekend night shift crew. They have a mean girl group. There's and girl named Megan and she practically "runs" This crew. They rude and talk crazy to their fellow CNA and nurses. They have made many people cry, and they isolate the people they don't like. Think about high-school mean girls, It's them. They need to be split up or fired. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and seeing Megan CNA, in action, and I can honestly say she is one of the most compassionate and hardworking caregivers around. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients, treating each one with kindness, respect, and genuine care. She’s always professional, patient, and willing to help wherever she’s needed. replying to a comment about megan… the comment was made out of pure hateful intentions, megan has shown nothing but care & compassion for her residents & coworkers. she provides excellent care & is an excellent example of an amazing CNA, soon to become nurse. megan is someone i look up to in multiple ways & she’s never failed to let others know how much she cares.
I also work long term care but not at this facility and I have recently been here as an observer. I have to say I have seen many good things about the facility as a whole and I have seen some of the interactions of staff with the residents. This place is filthy dirty. had fan covered up with blanket, which is a fire hazard. dirty under clothes laying in floor. Hadn't given her a bath, didn't feed her. Never checked her blood sugar, stole her diamond necklas. She was up and about ready to come home and next day she was deceased.
