You need to be on your guard in this shop. They tried very hard to sell us what we did not want, including a phone that was £50 more than our £150 max. They also insisted that a purple case was blue ! We came away with a phone we like, but will not be in any hurry to return.
AVOID!!! CON MEN AND RUDE! Ripped me off, took my phone in for a screen and they sold me a cheap part that kept moving by itself and the camera wasn’t working, and when I took it back they refused a refund. Told me they no longer had my screen in the store (the repair was the day before) so I had to go elsewhere and pay more money to get it fixed. What’s worse is when I said about trading standards the man in here started swearing at me and making rude gestures
Repaired my phone with in 30 minutes. Repaired screen and back camera and a screen protector for only £80 way cheaper than a new phone. And works great. Would recommend
Avoid, completely un professional and total rip off. Extremely disappointed to be treated so badly in a place I have used multiple times and recommended before!!! I definitely won’t be going back, total rip off and when I questioned it the staff member was extremely rude and brushed it off and said he didn’t care what I thought or if id ever return!! No way to treat a customer.
Avoid avoid avoid - both my wife and I have had almost the exact experience here. Taking in a broken phone screen for replacement, they don’t have the part in stock so have to wait for delivery. Told it would be the next day, then when we get there the next day somethings gone wrong with delivery, but it’ll definitely be the next day. Then it’s a few days later, then, they have to send the phone off for repair, come back in a few days.
