I was curious but skeptical about how this experience would go in the beginning. I’m a pretty negative person so this helped me become the positive person I need to be. Each time I’d go in thinking negatively and after being hypnotized I would feel better about everything and my negativity would subside. I would recommend this to someone interested. Just remember it’s a mindset and you have to do the work.
