I was lucky to meet Graham several years ago, just after building a gym at my company office. My company brought Graham in to the office and he started group training with several staff members. The training included physical workouts as well as nutrition counseling. Over the years Graham trained at our office, several staff members lost weight and a few were able to stop taking prescribed medicines due to their healthy changes. I was trained by Graham the past two years. During that time, I saw incredible results in my strength, muscle mass, and overall health. Graham consistently provided me with workouts that were tailored specifically to help me achieve my personal goals and pushed me to perform to my full potential (He will gladly let you know if you are not which I appreciated).
