Building has had no power, ac, and no working elevators for the past few days so we cannot unload and there has been no communication or notification about any of these issues. There is no one to talk to locally or in corporate offices because they are closed on Sundays.
I have been renting multiple units here for over a year. The place has been sliding down hill the entire time. Rat droppings in the corner near the elevator for a month, no cleanup. Today 6/22/25 the elevator’s are not working and the ac is out for a few days now, I have rental vehicles full of stuff parked and cannot access my units. No notification or information on when access will be possible again. Back door opens for anyone, so facility is not secure. Gate is stuck half open in a dangerous position.
