I called ahead and was told there was availability for ground-level storage in the 10x15 size. But when I got there, the price was completely different from what I was told. The staff was not helpful at all—there was poor communication, and no one took the time to explain the unit sizes or help me understand what might work best for my needs. This place is right off 395 Alexandria and it’s convenient! Good customer service!

There have been a lot of issues with communication between SSP and tenants. While I have been able to obtain assistance from management regarding elevator issues in the facility, I would like to see a general notification email of some type when access is not possible (all elevators and main entrance/ power down for 4 days is pretty serious).
