The staff have been friendly enough….but, my god does the billing system and website need work. I know I for sure have set up autopay because I have autopay on everything. I opened an account in July of this year and the rent has increased from $52 a month to $88 a month come November. That increase over 4 months is WILD. I don’t live super close and I have gone to access the unit and the power was out. No communication from the building this was the case which would have saved the hassle. Elevators often down. It said temp controlled but it is hot hot in the summer. Rhe building is also not the cleanest and people are often not there when the hours say open. I consistently find trash and debr... read more
Wonderful staff and clean facility. If you get a special rate check back in 5.5 months to make sure it doesn’t go up too much. This isn’t unique to this storage place (they all do it), but it was a useful tip someone shared. UPDATE 10/21/25 Rate has doubled in just over a year...how? This is completely unacceptable and we'll be closing our unit to rent somewhere else.
