Today was first day I accessed my storage unit. I rented the unit on line and that was easy enough. When I arrived to unload the trailer and SUV full of stuff, I found that only one of the two elevators was working. Of course, the working elevator was at the other end of the building. The Representative that helped me is one of the best I have dealt with in many years. He is patient, professional and knowledgeable. I spoke about him to some of my friends, colleagues and family. He is a great example of how customer service is suppose to be. I rate him at a 10 out of 10.
I called ahead and was told there was availability for ground-level storage in the 10x15 size. But when I got there, the price was completely different from what I was told. The staff was not helpful at all—there was poor communication, and no one took the time to explain the unit sizes or help me understand what might work best for my needs.
