Mya and Melissa are both experts in John Barnes Myofacial release. I show up for my treatment with a couple of ideas in mind for body parts that needs work or attention. Then our sessions take us to the movements that need to happen in order for those areas to heal. I appreciate both of their ideas and expertise. Group sessions are an absolute treat. The Myofacial fusion classes on Wednesdays at 5 PM are excellent and helpful to extend my ability to treat myself. The sound addition to those classes has become extremely helpf... read more
