I was helped by onshella. She was very understanding and gave me more information than I came in thinking i would need. Furthermore I remember when they were at the west Oakland location.. it was so small. I’m happy they got a MUCH NEEDED upgrade in location and room. It’s so spacious and feels like a bank. The staff are helpful as well. Glad to be a part of this.
