Marvelous mission and superb staff
Place is ok, the people who work here ok but the fact that they make you wait almost a whole week before depositing your money into your account and you have to do that for 6 months before they just deposit it is crazy
Help Yourself
The credit union alone has great potential. Customer service in branch and whom ever answers the phones are unprofessional and this is not a place that I would trust with my money. I opened an account was told it would be around 7 days for the card to arrive that time has came and gone so I called. Was told by customs service a card was never ordered. She transferred me to local branch where this other lady says I do have a card in the mail but it can take up to 14 days no thanks you. My current credit union can print cards ... read more
