Got recommended this credit union by someone I trust who has tried just about every bank in the area. I was like well dang! sign me up! The worse !! App hasn’t worked in over 3 months and you can never get anyone on phone ! Save yourself the headache , bank elsewhere !!
This particular financial institution deserves no stars. It is no wonder it is an unpopular credit union in my area. It falsely claimed that I failed ChexSystems afer opening me a membership. Then, the operations department claims that I am ineligible for membership. The people who work at and run this particular financial institution are incompetent and corrupt. I got my money from the closed membership and moved to a much better financial institution that offered me all of the services that I was qualified for.
