I only use the drive through ATM. Went in, one time. Friendly, happy to give info on new accounts.
Never answers the phone.
I sincerely regret banking here. They weren't helpful when I needed a car or a mortgage. There is absolutely no benefit to banking here. The only reason I haven't moved to another bank is the inconvenience of changing banks.
