I have been banking with Firestone Credit Union/Self Help Credit Union for many, many years and have always enjoyed banking here due to every facet being made simple and easy for the customer with the best customer service. However, I can't help but notice that things have changed somewhat. One of the most important is that they do not answer the phone. I thought that this was just an isolated case but after pulling up these reviews I see that it is not. I am disappointed that I cannot reach my banking institution.
Helpful and courteous. Been banking here for yrs. Always a pleasure doing business with this bank and their helpful staff.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else..Customer service is non existent..Getting some on the phone is impossible..and the drive through lines are always slow, even with no traffic
