This is the best financial services institution around. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I went there originally for the great rates. I’m a loyal customer for the professional, personal and friendly service. They always treat me with respect whether I am dressed for a business meeting or in my old work clothes. They aren’t a revolving door for new tellers like some other local national banks (aka fee leeches). The tellers are rude. The lady with the dark hair tried to tell me that I had the same fraudulent transaction for the past 4 months and was saying that my transaction was not fraudulent. I get home and I look through my statements and look through the app and call the customer service line for self-help credit union and there's only one fraudulent charge. So she is incorrect!!
