The tellers are rude. The lady with the dark hair tried to tell me that I had the same fraudulent transaction for the past 4 months and was saying that my transaction was not fraudulent. I get home and I look through my statements and look through the app and call the customer service line for self-help credit union and there's only one fraudulent charge. So she is incorrect!! I've been banking with Self Help for almost 8 years. They are always friendly and answer any questions I have with ease. I always recommend them. With $5 and an ID you can set up a checking account. If you need to withdraw large sums of money, always call and ask if they have the funds available. I guess that has been my only issue with them and It only happened once, but still something others should know before banking with them. .
