Been a member a long time the only problem I had was my husband. An I had a join account we had a savings account also didn't know he had use our account for collateral on a loan he passed away they took our savings account an refuse to give me any iinformation which means I lost money also on a loan he I didn't sign for
Pretty good credit union
I wish I could give zero stars. I was gonna put 3 thousand dollars and open an account. Too many complications and they wouldn't cash a check, from the state of NC. They missed out today, because I'm still gonna put my money in a bank, just not this one!
Honestly this is the worst bank ever wish I could give no stars. Never seen a bank where you can't reach a rep after hours. Then try to login and it locks you out by trying to sign in after knowing your info is right. Then if it's a weekend and someone stole your card you can't speak with anyone to tell them. So basically you are allowing a scammer or person who stole a card to take all of your money and just have to deal with it till Monday morning smh. I'll never bank with them ever again!
