Manager is too busy to help "common" customers and tellers are inept!!!

Everybody was so helpful and I'm so glad I decided to open an account
Been a member a long time the only problem I had was my husband. An I had a join account we had a savings account also didn't know he had use our account for collateral on a loan he passed away they took our savings account an refuse to give me any iinformation which means I lost money also on a loan he I didn't sign for
