I am a member for several years now. Best decision I made was to make an account with Self Help Credit Union. Their customer service associates are wonderful and service is always top quality.
Ms. Wanda and the crew are phenomenal! They have financed 3 car loans for me and did so impeccably every single time, despite last minute changes and trouble finding the right vehicle for us. They were efficient, prompt, kind, and saved me a bundle. They put up with the sub-par customer service through Carvana and never complained. They are all amazing and are the best bank I’ve ever worked with. I don’t intend to ever work with another one. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!
