SHCU is the best financial institution I have EVER dealt with. The great staff is helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The manager goes way beyond the "extra mile" to assist the customer.
Stopped in this branch to get some information about opening an account and some CDs. Robert was very friendly and helpful. I took off one star because they dropped their share rate 1/2% day before I was ready to open 75k with of certificates, even though Robert told me rates were not going anywhere yet. So I just went somewhere else. Its a shame, I really was looking forward to working with them.
