I have been a long time member of Self Help Credit Union because of their supportive actions in the community, but when it comes to customer service, it's too much to ask for the supervisor to use common sense with regard to a deposit. In spite of making numerous deposits from a single source, reliably depositing many thousands of dollars from that same recipient, over the last two years, because the person accidentally used green ink, my deposit was held for several business days plus a weekend, delaying my funds availabili... read more
