Not happy about this location right now I've been with this bank for a very long time and just experienced a company taking money out my account that wasn't even in my account and it made my account negative 1000+ The gentlemen on the phone was great and was trying to help me but when I went in the bank the woman that helped me really didn't help me. Recently switched over all of my banking needs to Self Help CU. I was super happy to find out their competitive rates for Money Market accounts vs Savings. I applied for a Credit Card and the process was very easy, and I heard back quickly from Banker Aaron Soto, who also informed me they could give me a much better rate on my auto loan and save me hundreds of dollars down the road.
