I have been doing Yoga with Charm for years. She provides an awesome experience that has improved my balance and has helped my osteoporosis. A beautiful and relaxing venue.
Never having done yoga before, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but my Tuesday evening classes with Charm have been just what I needed for my mind, body and soul. The beautiful building in its serene surroundings only adds to the experience, and it's literally right around the corner from my house. A true gem!
Charm‘s yoga classes at the Wellness Center are the first classes I have ever stuck with. I find them very beneficial physically, mentally and socially. The location is convenient and beautiful. Charm is welcoming to all levels and abilities. The Wellness Center is such a wonderful asset to our community.
Yoga class with Charm has become the highlight of my week. It is an hour where I can just be there...no phone, laundry, dishes, work, etc. Just focusing on me. I am a beginner and feel comfortable and accepted at all times. Classes have improved my physical and mental health.
The Wellness Arts Center is a fantastic resource for our community. Yoga classes are offered with a range of challenge and ability in a peaceful environment. Charm has a wonderful teaching style and encourages bodies of all ages, sizes and abilities. I always leave feeling far better than when I arrived. Highly recommended!
