I've visited twice and had a footbath detox. I highly recommend this place. It's clean and offers a variety of services. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Heather and team were. She walked me through each step at a level that I could understand and always made me feel comfortable. I walked away with confidence and not to mention felt incredible! I will be back to try the other services they offer. I went alone my first time and came back with two friends. It's a great way to treat yourself.
Yesterday was my first time going to Self-Centered Detox & Rejuvenation and had the best experience. Heather was AMAZING! So friendly and kind. Made me feel so comfortable.
This was my first time doing a Detox foot bath and it was Amazing. Heather is absolutely Fantastic!!! She explained everything and made my experience Wonderful. I bought a gift card for 5 foot baths. Thank you so much!!!
Heather is AMAZING!! We went to Self-Centered for the ionic foot bath and it was awesome. Heather gave us a tour of the entire place and explained in detail how each procedure worked and what the benefits are. She was very upbeat and knowledgeable. I also met the owner who was super nice and also very knowledgeable about the body and how to help with a wide range of issues. I seriously can't wait to go back!!
