Thank goodness this spa / shop is closing. Aside from the wisdom and skill of one of their estheticians Saskia, I would not come back. The manager Olivia was not helpful in resolving multiple issues I had during my membership with the Spa (refund/exchanges, pre-orders, and managing my membership) The emails took several days to reply during business hours even after reaching out multiple times. I also don't agree with the practice of verbally asking for a tip amount for the spa services during checkout - it feels pressuring ... read more

the best non toxic skincare / beauty store + salon there ever was. i cannot say enough good things about this place. it smells heavenly always. staff is helpful! it’s beautiful. we need more stores like this that are advocating and informing about nontoxic options! highly recommend a facial as well!
