Lorraine and Emily were my packing crew and Shawn ran the loading crew. First, both crews were first very kind and friendly. Second, the process was very efficient. The packers came first to box up the items that needed it, then Shawn showed up and directed the loaders on what needed to be loaded up. It was very seamless. This a military move and you’re normally nervous about movers but this crew was professional and efficient.

The entire team was so helpful during such a. Stressful day. Michelle checked in both days of our moves and made sure everything was going well. Ben, our driver, communicated every step of the way and was so careful with all our belongings. Scott was great during our virtual surgery of our home and very understanding of the mess in our home during the packing process. We will always recommend Mayflower to our friends and family.
