I am a very dissatisfied customer. I purchased a pair of shoes back in July as a gift, they didn't fit my spouse so I emailed about returning them. It took 3 emails to finally get a response. I returned the product at my own expense and haven't received a return pair or a refund after over a month. I've received no responses to my numerous email attempts at communication to resolve the matter. Completely unacceptable.
