I have been with this bank, one way or another, for a decade. I see SELECT 7 reads the reviews, so I will add 2 things. 1. WOULD YOU KINDLY KEEP THE KINGSPORT ATM IN WORKING ORDER? and 2. WOULD YOU KINDLY POST YOUR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE ONLINE? Every year, the July 4 holiday and SELECT 7 quirky rules about what constitutes as a holiday nearly give me a nervous break down. A few years ago, I found the Kingsport office CLOSED on July THIRD and the ATM out of order!
Definitely be aware that what you are told is not always what is actually happening when it comes to getting a loan with this joke of a bank.
