This company has the worst customer service. I paid my loan off in full almost 800k and they are trying to charge me an additional day interest when they received full payment through a bank wire and was verified with their company at time of transfer. Now that the loan is closed we have to jump through hoops to get through and no one will help us, they keep saying they show we owe a balance of $142.88. UPDATE: 3 months later and they have now retaliated against me 3 times after contacting the BBB and changed my monthly payment 4 times this year. Professional scam artists. They “lost” an escrow check and 6 weeks later still waiting. Good thing they have all those processes in place to falsify information.
Our mortgage was sold to this company, so we had no choice but to deal with them until we can refinance. They offer an option to pay your mortgage in two semi-monthly payments, which seems like a nice option, except you can only do it if you pay ahead. Meaning, you pay a full monthly payment at the beginning of a month, then a half payment later that same month, and then supposedly you can continue with the semi-monthly payments after that. Beware! They got my loan at the beginning and took the first payment. They then sold the loan and did not apply the payment. They just kept it! It has been almost 7 months and they still refuse to issue a refund and now I have to go the BBB and DORA to get action.
This company is lame. They are stuck in the 1980's and only accept calls and Fax's. Has anyone sent a fax in the last 10 years? This outfit is servicing my loan. I had another company servicing my loan before. It was all setup on autopay. With no notice they took over servicing then didn't process any payments. Then I ended up a month behind. Never been late once in 20 years on my mortgage until this group of idiots got involved. Just another faceless greedy outfit that doesn't even accept email.
