Professional scam artists. They “lost” an escrow check and 6 weeks later still waiting. Good thing they have all those processes in place to falsify information.
Unethical business practices to mislead customers and create more fees . Had an issue with a technology aspect on the website, and rather than assisting in the matter, they escalated the issue to upper management waited months and then concluded they were not at fault. Additional months added more fees to wait for them to make a decision. Its unbelievable this company is legally allowed to do this type of practice.
Impossible to reach customer service.
Crap.
HORRIBLE company. We closed on our house last October (2025) and this company never paid our taxes to the county at closing. We've called them every two weeks, they've promised they would do it, they never did. They have our money, it's their job to pay these taxes on our behalf after we purchased our home. Now we have a delinquent notice from the county because of SPS. Unbelievable how this company, let alone this branch, are still in business. Isn't there any accountability anywhere, any longer?
