Terrible company that doesn't do there job at all.... Trying to help my mother with her mortgage issues and everytime I call they take a few steps back which I've already fixed those issues.... if you can get away or avoid them I would...
Don’t work here if you’re thinking about it :) this job literally drains you apart from employees messing up accounts then you get a call and you have to fix it… and then managers that don’t respond to teams until 30 min later and having to deal with a sup that’s supposed to guide you instead he tells you it’s your fault the team is going down
Absolutely shameful business practices. While most of the world is working to reduce late fees and help borrowers stay on track, this servicer has the nerve to charge excessive fees for making early or even on time payments. Yes, you read that right, they punish borrowers for trying to make payments. Even worse, they seem proud of it, bragging about how they’ve structured things to get away with this predatory setup.
