If you were thinking about getting a loan with this mortgage company I would suggest you look elsewhere. This company is extremely disorganized and dysfunctional . When you call in and ask to speak to the person you spoke to last time even with an extension number. They act like they have no idea what you’re talking about and cannot refer back to that conversation. So you must explain your situation or issue with a different person every time you call. As a former employee I do not recommend working here, they do not train you right, take forever to respond when you ask for help can also take a long time to respond when trying to transfer a call to a supervisor. This company does not treat employees with respect, will change your hours without caring how it affects you. Working for this company has been very draining. The lack of leadership is extremely frustrating. Some managers don’t even respond unless they need you. Alot of things are happening in that company. When I quit I was given a timeframe for my last paycheck to come and what delivery service, well that was all incorrect. My check didn’t come the day that I was advised it would be here.
