Beware! They got my loan at the beginning and took the first payment. They then sold the loan and did not apply the payment. They just kept it! It has been almost 7 months and they still refuse to issue a refund and now I have to go the BBB and DORA to get action.
This company is lame. They are stuck in the 1980's and only accept calls and Fax's. Has anyone sent a fax in the last 10 years? This outfit is servicing my loan. I had another company servicing my loan before. It was all setup on autopay. With no notice they took over servicing then didn't process any payments. Then I ended up a month behind. Never been late once in 20 years on my mortgage until this group of idiots got involved. Just another faceless greedy outfit that doesn't even accept email.
Horrible customer service. The only “servicing” of my mortgage they had to due was pay property taxes, which they never did. Instead they tried to keep my 30K escrow amount and ignore their duty. If your mortgage is about to be sold to SPS, stop the process or you’ll regret it….
WORST CO IN THE WORLD with TOTALY USELESS STAFF. Took 11 phone calls to get a refund for an extra payment made by mistake. Total screw job by this excuse for a company. Confirmed the address 3 times and they still sent it to the property address which HAS NOT BEEN USED BY THEM IN 16 YEARS. Probably did it on purpose. Wish there was someone to report them to.
