Place is an absolute joke. They never answer the phone. The therapists are right out of school and have no idea what they are doing. Made my situation a lot worse where I was unable to walk since my last visit a few ago. Stay far away from this disaster of a company.
Maddie S did a fantastic job She was extremely helpful post surgery, and I was able to get back to my activities faster than expected.
My physical therapist at Select, Maddison, focused on strengthening my elbow which was causing me pain due to tendonitis. She was very attentive and knowledgeable on the right mix of exercises at the right time. She really helped me to heal which I could not have done on my own. I am so grateful to her and Select Physical Therapy!
I have been to multiple PT clinics in the area but this is by far the best in terms of patient care. A very friendly staff and PT professionals. Tim K is one of the best. I’ll highly recommend Select PT
As another reviewer pointed when it comes to billing these guys are shady as heck. They refused to give any estimates / good faith estimates, which is in violation of atleast a dozen state and federal laws. They refused to give any information about how it would be billed to insurance or how much an initial consultation would cost, the answer was more like we’ll know when we bill it, they refused to run my insurance details or to provide negotiated rates with the insurer.
