The facility itself is good, the people that work there are AMAZING but just like the poster below me, their billing company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I have almost the exact same story as John's review. I kept getting told I had an outstanding bill but it was for a bill that I had already paid in full. Avoid!!! Absolutely incompetent billing department at the corporate level. On my last visit, I specifically asked the front desk to catch me up on any account balance- "you're all caught up!" is what she said. Fast forward 4 months and I start getting messages from collections agencies. I do a significant amount of calling and being put on hold (12 calls in 4 months, average 40 minutes per call) to their corporate offices in Pennsylvania.
