Didn’t tell me I would be doing group physical therapy so the pt is rarely actually working directly with you. They also refused to give me back an extra copay that they charged me for.
Disappointed with my experience so far. Was not told the therapy would be in group sessions so a lot of the time the therapist is not working with you. Most of the exercises could be done at home for no cost, and the receptionist doesn't seem to be trained well. I was overcharged and not charged on multiple occasions. update: since I have stopped coming here, and started going to a different PT my pain has decreased dramatically within weeks. I don't know what select was doing wrong for me

The staff are top notch professionals with working magic on my broken body! It’s only been 2 weeks and little by little I’m seeing the results. Thank you all for the VOODOO THAT YOU DO! 😉
