I lucked out when I found Select PT! The entire staff is friendly and professional. My physical therapist, Jay, listened to my concerns and addressed them in our session, every single visit. I found myself having huge leaps in progress from visit to visit! I am looking forward to my next surgery so that I can be made whole again with the help of Jay and Select PT.
I went to Select Physical Therapy for lower back, hip, and leg pain (bulging discs and sciatica ). Prior to my PT I could get only 2-4 hours of intermittent sleep per night even with prescription pain pills. Mt therapist was Liz. As I progressed through therapy she continually added more exercises and modified others to fit my personal needs. By the time I completed PT, I was completely pain free and off all pain medication.
