I have had the opportunity to work across all East Tennessee as a medical interpreter plenty of times and this is by far the best Physical Therapy clinic I have visited so far. Lauren provides exceptional care for her patients while always keeping the best attitude. Also Suzy the front desk is really friendly and resourceful.
If you have medical insurance, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! I'm not sure exactly why instead of getting a bill, they decided to turn me over to a collection agency. Might have something to do with them supposedly being part of my insurer's network, while in reality they were not. When my insurance company informed me that they will not honor the claim I was told by the staff to "not worry about it" - yah right... So now I'm facing payments that are four times higher than they should have been, and am looking at the prospect of having ... read more
