Absolutely love the staff! Working with Raquel and Jessica. I've been going about 2 weeks now. I feel comfortable and completely supported. Each new task is fully explained, detailing the pros and cons for each movement. What is expected or normal to feel and what is not and also when to stop. They dont just say here what you need to do. Its also making sure there is an understanding as to why the specific tasks are assigned. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy - Natomas.

I love Select Physical Therapy! They are professionals that care! They get you going and motivated to recover, and the studio is awesome. Good ambiance with natural light, and all the tools for getting better. Thank you therapists!!! Can’t say enough!
