I had a very positive experience at Select PT, with Kat as my primary therapist. I gained confidence in using my injured knee, with her encouragement over the 8 weeks of treatment. Kat has a keen eye on form and she often made corrections that improved mobility. I look forward to working with her again after my surgery, as the office is well located and the atmosphere is light and the ladies keep it fun. Thanks again, Kat, Tiyana and Alyssa for making my prehab a pleasant experience.
I’ve been seeing Kat for a few months for pelvic floor therapy along with PT for my lower back. She has been amazing! She taught me a ton about labor positions and breathing as well. Highly recommend for pre and post partum work!
Tiyana was such an invaluable resource in helping me recover from TMJ replacement surgery! She was so empowering and helpful with not only jaw recovery but also ideas to strengthen muscles in my rotator cuff and back to help with other hypermobile issues! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone:)
I went for a nerve impingement for the neck. It was amazing treatment. I got treatment and I finish all the sections with no pain or numbness. Thank you. Highly recommend.
