I went for a nerve impingement for the neck. It was amazing treatment. I got treatment and I finish all the sections with no pain or numbness. Thank you. Highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Kat highly enough! I came to her for postpartum physical therapy after being diagnosed with diastasis recti and needing to rebuild pelvic floor strength. Hope Evans is an incredible therapist and has a wealth of knowledge. I came in for treatment for my TMJ. I had been suffering with both jaw and tooth pain for several months. I am someone who clinches without realizing it and have done years of damage to my teeth because of it. Kat is the BEST! She’s made such a difference in my postpartum journey—helping me rebuild my pelvic floor strength, heal my diastasis recti, and feel so much more confident in my body.
