Care and Quality I have been to Select twice, once for each knee. The therapist didn't just make sure the knee was rehabbed. She wanted to address all causes of immobility. With attention to hip and lower back, my gait became more natural. I gained several degrees of range of motion in both knees. I became more mobile than before the accidents.
Being 86 has its challenges. Early this year, I was treated successfully for cardiac issues, reducing the activity in an already sedentary lifestyle. In September, I fell and fractured a leg bone.
