When I first came to Select PT, it was two weeks after my full knee replacement surgery. On day one the therapist put me on a bike, but I did not have the strength in my knee to pedal. He told me I could do it and to just try harder. It was awful for the first couple of minutes, but then I started to be able to do it, then eventually with ease.
