Great first PT, Luis was professional and patient
This Select location is small and calm, which is a perfect environment for your therapy. Karina, a certified hand specialist, is the best in her field. She shows compassion for all of her clients, and is sensitive to each individual's needs and progress, as she leads them through very specific exercises.The office is run very efficiently and respectively, with very polite and competent receptionists.
The therapists are terrific, the place is horrible as far as communications. I had to go out of town for 6 weeks but had appointments left, they said no problem, I come back and they say if I go 4 weeks without an appointment, I have to start over with the doctor and goodbye no more prescription. Back to 6 week wait for a doctor and more pain. Stay away, they don’t care about patients.
I feel very lucky to have found Karina to rehabilitate by hand after surgery. She is very professional. She knows exactly what to do to make my hand feel better and proceed in an orderly fashion towards my healing. I am very impressed by her Knowledge and attention
