Professional Friendly Effective
Select Physical Therapy (DFS)has been very positive for me. The front desk girls ( Scarlett and Lauren)were so friendly every visit!!!!They are special to me! Cricket has been an amazing therapist while we meet the challenges I am having with my recovery from Ramsay Hunt Syndrone.Cricket did all her homework prior to my first visit investigating"what in the world is Ramsay Hunt Syndrone?"It is a rare syndrone associated with the zoster virus,head and ear shingles and facial paralysis. Amazing staff so helpful and kind!!! Scarlet and Summer are great. We love Derek Cricket Brad Alley. Everybody involved such a great place loving kind staff and they truly care for my mama.
Called and some lady put me on a “brief” 15 minute hold. I hung up and called again and was asking for advice on where to go for Plantar fasciitis and she genuinely hung up in my face. I would definitely not recommend this place and customer service is absolutely horrid!
