Incompetent and dishonest scheduler. Ignores PT order for weeks, then lies and says it was stapled behind another patients paperwork when I had the order sent over twice, 3 weeks apart. Then she expects me to wait 5 weeks to schedule 1st appointment, once I called in asking why haven't I heard anything after waiting over 3 weeks, in pain to get started. Completely waisted my time when I could have been doing PT somewhere else. Dont blame me or ask me to contact management to resolve, I was polite the entire time. Just statin... read more
Dominic was great! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. From the first visit he listened to my concerns and areas of pain and gave me exercises to begin. I believe I'll have great progress working with him.

They refuse service if you had given their sister company Vibrant Care a bad review in the past, or if you have given them a bad review! So political, shady, and dishonest !!!
