Initial appointment was met with happy faces and energetic enthusiasm! From the receptionist Kim to my therapist, Dom. Bright, clean office. Exercises were demonstrated and a routine was implemented. Received exercise sheet. I was amazed that my range of motion from the beginning of the appointment to the end had an improvement! This was substantiated with the measures that were taken at the beginning and ending of treatment. Thank you very much Dom. Looking forward to my next session. Mary Cece
PT has been going great, thanks to Katrina Buhagiar, my physical therapist.
Incompetent and dishonest scheduler. Ignores PT order for weeks, then lies and says it was stapled behind another patients paperwork when I had the order sent over twice, 3 weeks apart. Then she expects me to wait 5 weeks to schedule 1st appointment, once I called in asking why haven't I heard anything after waiting over 3 weeks, in pain to get started. Completely waisted my time when I could have been doing PT somewhere else. Dont blame me or ask me to contact management to resolve, I was polite the entire time. Just statin... read more
