Horrible experience. Had an extremely painful injury to my dominant hand (extensor digitorum) that was causing 9/10 pain from my fingertip to elbow. Clinic was not busy they were socializing when I came in and joking. Receptionist insisted that I fill out numerous paper forms with no help in spite of the injury to my dominant hand and when I asked for help with the forms she said they didn’t offer that. I have been very fortunate to have been referred to Select Physical Therapy. I am 73 years old and broke my femur in half on Nov. 5th, 2023. I had surgery the next day and a rod and nails were inserted. After one week of hospitalization and 22 days of rehabilitation I returned home and began physical therapy at Select Physical Therapy.
