This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Jennifer has made the entire process exceptional. My opinionof this place is split because while the physical therapy portion was great, the customer service has not. During my second visit, I was told by one of the girls at the front desk that I was nearing my insurance deductible and would just pay the remaining balance at my next visit. At my next visit, another receptionist asked if she could proceed with charging my card for that visit. I informed her that of what I was told during my previous visit. Select physical therapy is efficient, very clean, and appointment times are promptly kept. Jennifer is efficient but friendly and caring. Great physical therapy place!
